Where to bathe in Budapest, if you only bathe once
Budapest sits on hot springs, and its great baths are where locals and visitors end up. The problem is choosing: some are palaces full of tourists, some are closed for renovation, and the best day spas hide in residential streets.
We chose five. The centre is compact, so picks here can be as close as 1.2 km; the Danube does the rest of the separating.
