On the Asian side, a hammam with dry and wet saunas where the reviews are about the hands, not the building: guests name their therapist, one after another.
Go after the ferry
Take the ferry from Karaköy or Eminönü in the late afternoon: twenty minutes across the water with tea in a tulip glass. From Kadıköy pier it's 1.7 km to the spa, through Kadıköy's streets.
Hammam, then the dry and wet saunas, then the lounge. Kadıköy's bars are open by the time you leave.
