The verdict
A hammam in the Marais that adds the Nordic side: steam room, black-soap scrub, sauna, ice baths, a snow cave and a multisensory pool, from 90 euros.
Book the Relax on a weekday
O'Kari Relax runs an hour and a half for 90 euros: steam, eucalyptus black soap, a full scrub, an Aleppo soap wash and an almond shampoo. It can't be booked at weekends or on public holidays.
Then go back and forth between the sauna, the ice baths and the snow cave, and finish in the multisensory pool. Homemade lemonade comes with it.
Why this one
O'Kari Montorgueil, the women-only sister 700 metres north-west, has a heated pool at 28°C, a whirlpool and an hour's package for 69 euros.
Montorgueil has the warmer pool and the lower price. The Marais house is mixed, rated 4.8 against 4.6, and adds the Nordic rooms: a sauna, ice baths and the snow cave.

You are a man planning a Monday, which is women only, or you want the 90-euro Relax at the weekend, when it can't be booked. The longer packages can; on a Monday, Codage Le Boutet, 2.5 km east, is open to everyone.
