The verdict
The wellness area of the Scandic Spectrum on Kalvebod Brygge: a 25-metre heated pool, a Finnish sauna and a steam bath, two hours for DKK 475.
Two hours, then a treatment
Visitors pay DKK 475 for two hours: the pool at 29 degrees, the Finnish sauna at 76 to 83, the steam bath at 45 and a shower walk with tropical mist. The foot baths come with a salt scrub.
Or book a treatment, which includes an hour in the wellness area first: the 60-minute Hygge body treatment is DKK 1,245. The Rasul chamber costs extra and needs a reservation.
Why this one
Nothing else in Islands Brygge and Amager passed our rules. Spectrum sits inside the Scandic Spectrum hotel, but it has its own Google listing and sells entry to visitors.
It is the only pick in Copenhagen with a pool, and it lists entry and treatment prices on its own page.
What guests notice
