The verdict
A saunagus club in Sydhavn: 75-minute sessions led by a sauna master, with cold plunges between rounds, open daily from 07:00 to 22:00.
Choose your session
Sessions come in three formats, DEEP, Club and Peak, and each lasts 75 minutes from start to finish, led by facilitators; every session follows an arc, the club says.
The club also runs private sessions and events for companies, and sells memberships alongside single tickets.
Why this one
AIRE Ancient Baths, 1.6 km north-west in Vesterbro, has far more reviews, 916, and by guests' accounts a fuller circuit: baths, steam, a sauna, a cold plunge, a flotation bath and massage.
Its 4.6 earns 1 point for rating where Plugin's 4.8 earns 3, so Plugin scores 6 against 5. Neither shows prices as text on its website.
What guests notice
“I went on my own but met some lovely people.”
Lauren Bennett, Google review
“The sauna sessions often feel overcrowded, and I’ve noticed that if the sauna master has already done one or two sessions beforehand, the quality really suffers.”
Daniel Reinhold, Google review
