Out on the Route du Golf Royal, a calm resort spa with an indoor pool and private hammam rooms, for the day you want to leave the medina behind.
Go for the afternoon
Take a taxi out of the medina after lunch; it's 3.6 km from Jemaa el-Fna. Start in the pool, then a therapist walks you to a private room for the hammam.
Scrubs, soaps, rinse, rest. You'll come back into town at dusk feeling like you've been away for a week.
Why this one
Royal Mansour's spa, inside the walls, is the other grand hotel spa. It publishes no prices.
Mandarin Oriental lists its treatments in dirhams, adds an indoor pool, and does the hammam in private rooms rather than a shared one.
