Sixty minutes, hot and cold
After a short introduction, the circuit is yours for 60 minutes. It runs from a Finnish sauna at 90 degrees and a steam room at 50 to a mineral hot pool at 40 to 42 and cold plunges at 4 and 8.
Between rounds, lie on the heated granite stone. Bring a swimsuit; everything else is provided, and all the spaces are shared, men and women together.
