The verdict
Bangkok's answer to a Japanese bathhouse, in a garden in Ari: hot pools, cold plunges, two saunas and a steam room, for 500 baht on a weekday.
Go for the whole day
Bring swimwear: it's mixed and swimwear on. Hot pool, cold plunge, Finnish sauna, cold plunge again, until the city stops ringing in your ears.
Brunch and lunch are served, there's a bar, and the house runs yoga sessions.
Why this one
Vata Vayu, also in Ari, has private onsen rooms overlooking a garden and fuller rituals. It costs 6,880 baht for 220 minutes.
Dip gives you the same heat-and-cold circuit, shared, for a fraction of that, with food and classes.

You want a massage: this is a bathhouse, not a treatment spa. And on busy evenings it fills up; go early.
